Rate Details - $99 Package

A $99 reservation deposit is required at the time of booking and is refundable; subject to availability up to seven (7) additional nights may be added at a rate of $50 per night; except for the reservation deposit, applicable resort fees, security deposit, taxes, and the guest’s cost of travel, no other fees or payments will be required; taxes and the security deposit will be collected at the time of arrival.

Taxes and Fees

• Taxes: may range $7.00 – $20.00 per night
• Resort Fees: $15 per unit per night
• Security Deposit: $250 per unit
